Bryan Konefsky

"Happiness is a Warm Projector"

Byron Konefsky works as moving image artist, teacher, lecturer and film festival director. He teaches moving image production and critical studies in the Department of Cinematic Arts at the University of New Mexico.

Konefsky is artistic director of experiments in Cinema, an annual international film festival in Albuquerque that showcases cinematic experimentation from around the world.

 


Dustin Grella

"Chaulkboard Animation"

 

Dustin Arthur Grella was raised in the rural community of Medina, Ohio, and now resides in New York City. He received his MFA from the School ofVisual Arts, being honored with the Paula H. Rhodes Award for Excellence in Computer Art. His animations' accolades include winning the Walt Disney Award at the prestigious Ottawa International Animation Festival. In early 2010 the Akron Art Museum featured his short film Prayers for Peace in a four-month installation.

Peter Kershaw

Peter Kershaw is an international award winning film & program maker.
His 2010 film was the multi-award winning stop motion animation, The Astronomer’s Sun. In 1997 he set up Duchy Parade Films in the UK as an Independent production company to develop and pursue imaginative story projects. In 2010 Duchy was established in Santa Fe. Winner of the 2011 State of New Mexico New Visions & Panavision Awards he has just completed the satirical comedy on immigration 20 Ways. Early this year he directed the start of a new NM web series,the eco web-drama Cyphers. He currently lives and works in New Mexico directing & producing short films, writing feature length drama and teaching producer/director students as adjunct professor at Santa Fe Community College. Presently in development with the Feature drama First Rodeo, the short The Player Queen and co-writing on Season Two of the web series Cyphers.

 

Matt Page

Matt Page has written and directed over a dozen award-winning films that have screened at film festivals worldwide including Australia, the U.K., and Toronto as well as here in the U.S. at such prestigious venuesas the famous Chinese Theater (as part of ScreamFest) and the Director's Guild Theater in Hollywood. Since founding Riffraff New Media in 2006 he has also directed and produced over 100 promotional videos for clients such as Clorox, Simon and Schuster and CreditCards.com as well as several private universities. He has interviewed world renowned artists including Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren.
As an actor he has performed in films and television shows including "In Plain Sight", "Breaking Bad"and the upcoming feature film"Odd Thomas" directed by Stephen Sommers . His most recent project is "Enter The Dojo", a mockumentary-style web series about the world of American martial arts schools which he writes, co-directs and stars.
