Keynote speaker LUKE MATHENY will kick off this program with a talk “The Short Road to Oscar’s House” followed by a screening of his Oscar winning short film “God of Love” This will be followed by spotlighting and screening all of our accepted and talented New Mexico filmmakers’ films
